Initiation Program
Our youngest players (Paperweight and Tyke Divisions) are considered skills development programs.  They are a 1 hour per week program (most weeks) from late April to the end of June.  For the first portion of the hour they work on learning the basics of Lacrosse – throwing, catching, picking up the ball and basic player formations.  There is NO CONTACT at this age level.  The second portion of the hour is a "game like" scrimmage to further develop Lacrosse skills.  Although this program is "non-contact" full lacrosse equipment is required.  All new Registrants at this level will be provided with a new lacrosse stick.

Zone 5 Eastern Ontario League
It is our intention to once again participate in the OLA Zone 5 Eastern Ontario Lacrosse League for Novice, Peewee, Bantam, Midget and Intermediate aged players. This league consists of teams from Brockville, Cornwall, Akwasasne, Kahnawake, Kemptville, Nepean and Gloucester. The teams in this program practice once a week and play a 10-12 game schedule (equal home and away games) between the end of April and the end of June. Practices are held during the week, games are played on the weekends. Playoffs are a one day tournament format in July.

If there is a significant increase in registration in any age group(s) we will CONSIDER re-establishing a House League, but we do not realistically expect this to happen in the 2008 season in any age group.

Rep Program
We hope to field a Rep team to participate in some Tournament play as well as the Provincial Championships in each age level.  The cost for this program will be in addition to the basic registration fees.  Watch this website for further details and fees for this program to be announced soon.
