 2010 Registration
Any new players to the Kingston Lacrosse Association are required to submit a copy of their birth certificate to be attached to their insurance form. All parents are required to sign and intial the four part yellow insurance form. If you have not completed this your child will not be able to go on the floor next week until it is completed.
I will only be at the arena next week on Wendesday evening from 7pm to 8:30 pm . You can scan and email the bith certificate to kbakerjoyner@kingston lacrosse.com
REP FEES - Payments for rep fees are due by Saturday, May 29th.
Rep teams (travelling tournament and Provincial teams) will be selected by tryouts and fees for this program are extra.
