3) Drop off in an envelope marked "Lacrosse Registration" at:
- Kingston Paint, 277 Bath Road
- Pro Shop in the Cataraqui Canadian Tire
Deadline for registration is April 15th
If you have not been a player of the Kingston Lacrosse Association before:
NEW REGISTRATIONS REQUIRE A PHOTO COPY OF THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
Please include it with your registration form and cheque.

Registrations and Payments After April 1

Family Discount - first child $10 off, second child $20 off etc.
There is a $50 NSF Fee and a $50 refund / cancellation fee for any refund or cancellation. NO REFUNDS will be issued after May 1, 2008
Rep Team Program Fees
The above fees are for Zone 5 league play. Rep teams (Tournament and Provincial Teams) will be selected by tryouts and fees for this program are extra. Details will be announced later.
"Bring A Friend" Refund
If a new player registers (NEVER before registered with Kingston Lacrosse) and they mark on their Registration Form that YOU (a current KLA player) BROUGHT THEM to lacrosse, you will receive a $10 refund for every player you bring! The more you bring, the more you save!! Both you and the players you bring must remain a member of Kingston Lacrosse past May 1, 2008. We will mail you a cheque after that date.
